A little preparation can make a first urgent care visit feel more straightforward. Before leaving home, check the location details and current hours.
QuickDoc Urgent Care serves patients at 25340 Van Born Rd in Dearborn Heights, MI 48125, and 19070 E. 10 Mile Rd in Eastpointe, MI. Both locations list hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday through Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM. If you are considering another time or location, call ahead to confirm current service availability.
What to bring
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one. A current list of medicines you take can help you share information clearly; include the names and doses if you know them. If you have relevant paperwork from another office, you may bring it along. You do not need to prepare a medical explanation in advance. Simply describe, in your own words, what brings you in and when it began.
If you are visiting with a child, bring the child's identification or insurance information if available, along with any details you think the care team should know. A parent or guardian should plan to accompany a minor.
It may help to keep your papers together in a folder or on your phone, so you can find them easily at check-in. If you are not sure what to bring, call the clinic before you leave; staff can explain the check-in process and confirm whether the location is open.
If someone is coming with you, let them know which location you plan to visit and bring any questions you want to ask. This simple preparation can make it easier to focus on the conversation once you arrive.
Before you arrive
Call the location if you want to ask about a particular service, expected wait, or insurance plan. Availability can change, and calling is the best way to confirm details for the day of your visit. You can find phone numbers on our contact page.
At check-in, staff can explain what information is needed and answer administrative questions. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
