Walk-in urgent care in Southeast Michigan

When an unexpected illness or minor injury interrupts your day, it helps to know where to go and what to bring. QuickDoc offers walk-in urgent care at its open Dearborn Heights and Eastpointe locations. Check your chosen clinic’s hours and call with questions about a specific service.

What can you visit urgent care for?

QuickDoc’s services include evaluation of cold and flu symptoms, coughs, minor cuts, burns and sprains. The clinician will assess your concern and explain whether treatment, testing or further care is appropriate. A visit does not guarantee a particular test, prescription or procedure.

  • Describe when the problem started and whether it is getting worse.
  • Tell the clinician about medications, allergies and relevant health conditions.
  • If you need a specific test or procedure, confirm availability before traveling.

Urgent care, primary care or the emergency room?

Urgent care can be an option for a non-life-threatening problem that needs prompt attention. Your regular primary care clinician remains important for ongoing conditions and preventive care. For chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms or uncontrolled bleeding, call 911. Do not wait for an urgent care clinic to open when symptoms may be life-threatening.

How to prepare for your visit

Bring your photo ID, insurance card if you have one, and a current medication list. Share any recent test results that relate to your visit. After the evaluation, ask how to obtain results, what follow-up is needed and whom to contact if your symptoms change. Wait times depend on clinic activity and patient needs; the website does not show a live queue.
